APEC’s Annual Major Projects Event on June 3 in Moncton

The Atlantic Provinces Economic Council is holding its annual Major Projects Event on June 3 at the Dieppe Ramada to coincide with the release of the 2013 edition of APEC's Major Projects Inventory. This year's Major Projects Event will focus on how Atlantic Canada's cities are experiencing strong growth in investment due to spin-offs from more than $100 billion in regional major project activity. The event will feature details on the major projects that are driving Atlantic Canada's growth, invaluable market insights and analysis to help guide your business decisions and a strategic networking opportunity with business and government leaders. Gordie Lavoie, President and General Manager, Sunny Corner Enterprises and Michael McAloon, VP Industrial Benefits Programs, Irving Shipbuilding will highlight their ongoing projects in New Brunswick and discuss the region's unique opportunities and challenges. As well, APEC President Elizabeth Beale and Major Projects Director Patrick Brannon will provide an overview of investment trends in New Brunswick and Atlantic Canada.
