Saint John Industrial Parks has hired GEMTEC Consulting Engineers and Scientists to begin the design, engineering and permitting of the highly anticipated Lorneville Cove Barge Terminal project.

This project is the culmination of two years of preparation and planning, and it benefits from lessons learned in the effort to place the project at the Maguire's Cove site, says General Manager Brian Irving. (more)
