Dr. Bill has been helping companies to discover attraction and retention solutions to better align their people with their business. Dr. Bill is a business columnist and has an extensive publishing history. He has an extensive academic and professional background that he uses in his consulting solutions. Dr Howatt was a business columnist for the Chronicle Herald for five years where he authored Coaches Corner. Today he is a frequent author for the Globe and Mail’s column called 9 to 5.

Kelly VanBuskirk, B.A., LL.B., LL.M. is a partner in the Saint John-based law firm of Lawson Creamer. Kelly practices in the fields of litigation, labour & employment and human rights and represents employers, employees and unions. As a student of law, Kelly has obtained his Masters degree in the United Kingdom, and has been one of few Canadian lawyers to study trial techniques under the renowned American litigator Gerry Spence. His current research relates to the motivations of employees who make legal claims against their employers. Over the course of his career, Kelly has published articles in a number of journals and magazines, he has been consulted frequently by the media for commentary on labour & employment issues and he was a columnist on CBC’s former Business Network, a national radio program.
